Platform role

Joodha is a marketplace intermediary connecting sellers and buyers. The seller is responsible for the sale unless we expressly state otherwise. Payments are processed through the payment provider. Amounts due to sellers are covered by the Seller Terms.

Dispute resolution

  • We first try to resolve disputes through the platform’s dispute process.
  • These Terms are governed by Saudi law. The courts of Riyadh have jurisdiction.
  • Nothing in these Terms removes your rights under the Saudi E-Commerce Law or applicable consumer-protection laws.

Liability limits

To the extent permitted by law, Joodha is not liable for item quality or the accuracy of a seller's description. Statutory consumer rights remain and cannot be waived.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or the Community Guidelines. We will explain the reason where possible. Existing orders remain subject to the terms that applied when they were placed.

Changing these Terms

We may update these Terms. For material changes, we give notice in the app and by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We also ask you to accept the updated Terms when you next sign in.

Force majeure

We're not liable for outages beyond our control (vendor outages, disasters, government action).

Terms that continue after account closure

The clauses on dispute resolution, liability and intellectual property continue to apply after your account is closed.

Related policies

The Community Guidelines, the Banned Items List, and the Privacy Policy form an integral part of these Terms.
