What you need to know

We want Joodha to be usable by everyone. This page explains our commitment, known limitations and how to tell us about a barrier.

Commitment

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA on the public website. This does not mean that all requirements have been met. The sections below describe known limitations.

Report an issue

For an accessibility problem, email admin@joodha.com. We review every report and prioritise critical issues.

Known Limitations

Some accessibility features are still incomplete. These are the main limitations you may encounter.

  • Live captions for video streams

Automatic live captions are not available yet. Captions supplied by sellers can be displayed.

  • Independent review

An independent audit has not been completed. We plan a WCAG 2.1 AA audit after public launch and will publish the findings when available.

  • Keyboard navigation

You can navigate using a keyboard and the skip link. Focus order may still need improvement in some situations, particularly around dialogs. Tell us the page and steps involved if you encounter a problem.

  • Browsers and assistive technology

For a problem with a screen reader, larger text or motion settings, include your device, browser and assistive technology so we can try to reproduce it.

  • High-contrast theme

A dedicated high-contrast theme is not available yet. You can use your device’s contrast settings and let us know about text that is difficult to read.

  • WCAG 2.2 criteria

Our review of the additional WCAG 2.2 requirements is not complete. Our current target remains WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
