Treat sellers and viewers respectfully in chat and during broadcasts. Do not post offensive or prohibited content. Violations may lead to a warning, mute, suspension or ban, depending on what happened.

Live-broadcast conduct
Broadcast item-related content only. No shocking content or content against public decency.
Chat conduct
- Respect other viewers and the seller.
- A profanity filter in Arabic and English runs automatically.
- The seller can mute or ban an offender within their broadcast.
Actions and appeals
- We act on a report or automatic detection.
- You can appeal via admin@joodha.com; we review the decision.
Reporting
Use the report button on any message, broadcast, or user. Reports are confidential.
How we handle violations
Actions range from a warning to muting, temporary suspension and a permanent ban. Serious violations, such as fraud or illegal content, lead to an immediate ban and notification of the relevant authorities where required.
