What you need to know
If there is a problem with your order, keep the order details and photos and contact support. Handling depends on the item, its condition and the reason for the request. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Before you bid
Read the seller’s description, condition notes and shipping details. Ask about anything that is unclear before bidding, especially for used or vintage pieces.
If something is wrong
Explain what happened: a different item arrived, an undisclosed defect appeared, the shipment was damaged, or the order has not arrived. Keep photos of the item, packaging and listing description.
What to send support
- Your order number or auction reference.
- The item and seller names.
- A clear description of the issue and when you noticed it.
- Relevant photos and the tracking number, if available.
Do not send verification codes or full payment-card details.
Contact and follow-up
Email these details to admin@joodha.com. Keep your correspondence and any order instructions. Before shipping an item back, confirm the return address and shipping method.
Conditions, time limits and costs
Return requests are assessed against the listing, the item’s condition, the reason for the request and your statutory rights. Contact us when you discover a problem. We explain the outcome, return method and responsibility for shipping costs before you send the item back. Where a refund is due, it is returned to the original payment method where possible; the payment provider and bank determine when it appears in your account. These procedures do not limit any statutory deadline or right.
Seller responsibilities
Sellers must comply with the published return policy and statutory consumer rights. The Seller Terms explain their responsibilities for descriptions, shipping and disputes.
If the issue remains unresolved
You can send the order details and previous correspondence to admin@joodha.com. This page does not reduce your rights under Saudi law.
